My name is Tamar and I’m a lonesolider in the search and rescue brigade of the IDF. 

Our job in protecting our country is guarding our borders and protecting our citizens from terrorist threats as well as being first responders to any disasters (natural or related to wartime) that case collapsed buildings, we are trained to rescue people and to provide them with in field medical care.

Due to the impact of the war the equipment we are provided with is not up to par, specifically the helmets. We took it upon ourselves to raise money for our team in order to purchase helmets for ourselves. A good helmet is one of the most important parts of our equipment and is often life saving, as seen in many instances during October 7th, and we are provided with helmets that are often already used, worn out and heavy.

Any donations that could possibly be provided would be much appreciated, no matter how big or small!
