From May 9 to May 20, of this year, I have the opportunity to travel to Tactic, Guatemala, where my class will be partnering with Impact Ministries on a missions trip focused on sharing God’s love with children and families in the community.

I am honoured to be part of the SEALs team, which stands for Serving Others, Exploring Faith, Advancing the Gospel, and Leading with Integrity. These values shape how we approach this mission—not just through teaching, but by serving humbly, listening well, and reflecting Christ in all that we do.

While in Guatemala, we will be running a Vacation Bible School for local children and visiting schools to teach Bible lessons, encourage students, and build meaningful relationships. This trip is a significant step of faith for me and an opportunity to grow spiritually while serving outside of my comfort zone.
