"Only those that recognize that greatness comes from God, can be used to accomplish great things". - Cesar Arocha.
On August 10th, Cesar Arocha will be suited up as our local hero and walking 36 miles (70,000 steps) from Tybee Island to Richmond Hill in honor of the students, teachers and staff for the upcoming 2019 school year.
Our goal at Heroes Overcome is to help every student discover the hero within themselves, so they can impact those around them. Dressed as everyone's favorite comic book superheroes, the Heroes Overcome team visits schools, churches, festivals and more to demonstrate super-human strength and the love of God.
The Heroes Overcome show and costumes allow the team to encourage and inspire children, while teaching them about the message of Hope and Inspiration.
Will you partner with Cesar and help the Heroes team raise $1 a step from Tybee Island to the Richmond Hills YMCA?
Funds raised will be used to help send sending Heroes Overcome to schools, churches, prisons and other events throughout the year. Our mission is to visit and share a message of Hope & Inspiration with as many children and adults as possible. It is costly to purchase and maintain high-quality suits as well as to send Heroes Overcome to visit a location. Even though we accept donations from the locations we visit (to help cover expenses), we would love to add more stops to our calendar each year in order to continue spreading the message.
That's why we're asking for your help. Your donation will help send Heroes Overcome along with a message of Hope & Inspiration so we all can become the heroes we were destined to be.
