The people of the little town of Waycross in Ware county georgia have been devastated by Hurricane Helene. This is a town with a 70% poverty rate before the storm. There was 100% power loss with 75% still being without power. This is a fundraising effort to get supplies to those who desperately need them. 100% of the donations will go directly to the people, with my donation being the gas, time, and vehicle maintenance to deliver these goods. Most houses or vehicles are blocked by fallen trees or inability to find gasoline to leave their areas. If you can help please do. This will be used to purchase life saving items such as charcoal grills, charcoal,  lighter fluid, battery powered lights, solar banks for nebulizer machines, solar fans for infants, disposable bottles and formula. Solar kettles to boil water. Medications to help treat mild food poisoning, coolers, Ice, diapers, wipes, 2 stroke oil for chainsaws, and hand pumps for deep wells for showers or flushing toilets. Minor repairs to help people get back on the roads, etc. Most places will remain out of power for another 2-4 weeks.
