But it’s not.

We still do not have Tedrick home.

And we are being told it could be months before we receive his body or even a death certificate.

So instead of grieving, I am still fighting.

I have reached a point where I can no longer rely on things being handled the way they should be. Because of that, I am now having to take this beyond the local level and bring in outside help to pursue answers.

That means investigators. Experts. Resources.

All of which cost money I simply do not have.

But I cannot stop. I will not stop.

Every dollar given here is going directly toward uncovering the truth—toward making sure my son’s case is not left incomplete or unanswered.

This is not just about closure.

This is about truth.

This is about justice for my son.
