Help Mom Fight False Charges & Keep Her Kids

A mother in our family needs help covering legal fees to protect her children and clear her name.

She was charged by a law enforcement officer in a case we believe is false. She has already entered a NOT GUILTY plea, but the case is still ongoing. Because of these disputed charges, her custody case is now at risk, and the judge is considering limiting her parenting rights.

She has consulted with two different attorneys to handle the criminal case and the custody case. Each attorney requires a $2,500 retainer, and there are additional costs for court filings, hearings, and a court-ordered test needed to reinstate her custody order.

She has been on a fixed income and out of work. Her spouse is the only one working right now, and they cannot cover these costs alone.
