My husband suffered two life-threatening heart attacks and is still in the hospital. The cost of his care is overwhelming, and our regular bills are falling behind as well. He may need to be placed on a heart transplant list, which adds even more uncertainty and expense.

We are doing everything we can to keep our family together and provide for our 7-year-old daughter, but the financial strain is more than we can handle alone.
