As I sit here, looking at my three little faces so full of hope yet bearing the weight of struggle, I can't help but feel a mix of pride and heartache. We’ve been through one hell of a rollercoaster these past few months—every day feels like an eternity in survival mode.

It all began when our family faced what seemed like a catastrophe that could only be scripted by the darkest of life's dramas. A series of unfortunate events left us not just homeless, but also heartbroken and directionless. It was as if we were on this tiny little boat tossed about in an ocean filled with stormy uncertainty, trying to find land while battling waves of despair.

The silver lining? We found a glimmer—a house that felt like home from the moment I set foot inside. A place where my kids could finally see their shadows cast upon walls they can color on, feel the softness of carpets under bare feet, and wake up with smiles instead of nightmares. But to get there, we need your help.

We’ve made a deposit elsewhere that refuses to return—despite all our efforts, despite having no legal ties! We are talking about real people here: my partner, two beautiful kids (ages 17 and 10), and me. Each of us carries scars from the trail we've traversed since losing everything in one fell swoop.
