On the 31st of October, 2024, I was attacked by a drunk African migrant in an unprovoked stabbing attack while on my way home from a Halloween party. I received multiple stab wounds across my body, including to the face, neck, chest and abdomen. I'm lucky that the inebriated state of the attacker limited his effectiveness, and most of the stab wounds were shallow and lead to no major blood loss. Two of the deeper stab wounds to my neck were extremely close to my major arteries, and I'm extremely lucky to be alive right now.
After managing to escape the attack, I phoned the police and drove myself to the hospital, where my wounds were treated. Despite the extremely serious nature of this attack, the police never even bothered to come out and simply gave me a crime reference number over the phone and said they would 'look into it'. This attack happened right in front of an active bus that had just pulled into a stop, which had active and working CCTV, as reported by the transport company when I asked for the footage, and the attacker fled the scene by his car that was parked in the bus stop in front of said bus, the plate of which would have been picked up on said CCTV
Fast forward a few weeks, and after nothing but a handful of WhatsApp messages from the PC in charge of the case, nothing had come of the supposed investigation and the police elected to drop it without charges, citing 'lack of evidence' as the official reason. I explained to them that the transport company confirmed that they would have CCTV of the event and that they should request it to get the attacker's plate details, but of course, they shrugged the suggestion off and nothing came of that line of reasoning.
As a result of this experience, and previous experiences, and the growing obviousness of the two-tier anarcho-tyrannical state of the British justice system, I elected to create an account on X in January of 2025 to vent my frustration with what had happened to me, and provide commentary on similar stories of two-tier justice happening across the UK. As well as commentary of the ongoing immigration crisis faced by Britain.
Well, fast forward to November of 2025 and I was arrested and detained over TWO (yes, two) alleged anti-immigration posts on X highlighting the refusal of judges to deport foreign criminals who had committed serious crimes in Britain, which the government considered to be "illegal anti-cohesive messaging".
I was detained for almost two days and suffered repeated interrogation regarding my political and social views on topics such as immigration, religion, the Russo-Ukraine war, the Israeli-Palestine war and abortion, just to name a few. I was also denied access to hygiene and showers, and access to my medication that I required and had with me at the time of my arrest, despite me requesting such. I was also denied medical care after I suffered a wrist injury from being tightly shackled with a rigid, non-flexible handcuffs for two hours straight at one point.
Not only did the British police detain and interrogate me for two days without charges or an extension for detainment (legal limit is 24 hours in the UK), but after I was released on bail, they also proceeded to debank me by freezing my bank accounts and confiscating the funds contained within with an unjust Account Freezing Order. These orders are intended to prevent financial crime, such as serious fraud or to prevent money being used to commit crime, but in this case (and many other cases of ideological enemies of the state), it has simply been used for punitive ideological reasons to cause suffering and deprive me of my ability to live. There is no valid justification or reasonable suspicion to have issued an Account Freezing Order against me purely for two alleged tweets, nothing I was arrested for even remotely touched on financial crime and I have never gained money through any illegal means, all money I have ever received throughout my entire life is either from working or from student loans and bursaries, which is obvious and documented to anyone who takes 5 minutes to check. My bank accounts contained over £25,000 at the time of seizure, my entire life's savings, aside from a small amount of silver I had luckily bought years ago and was able to quickly sell to recover some funds.
Not only have I lost my life's savings, but the police also contacted my employer to convince them to fire me, despite be not being charged with any crimes, as further extralegal punishment and humiliation, so now I no longer have a stable employment or source of funds to continue living aside from the money I got from selling my silver bullion.
During my arrest, the police sent an armed counter-terror team (yeah, insane for a tweet, I know) to raid my home and confiscate all of my electronic devices, including my phone, my high-end gaming PC and any of my tools that they considered "potential weapons". I was also an avid airsofter and collector of airsoft equipment and militaria, which was also seized. This property was worth around £3000, and I'm never going to see any of it again either.
Seeing that I had essentially lost my ability to continue living in Britain without resorting to homelessness (which would be a breach of my bail conditions, as I was not even allowed to leave my home for more than 24 hours at a time), and that I was a hated, ideological enemy of a state that sought my destruction, with my bail date quickly drawing near, where I would most likely be remanded and imprisoned for 3+ years, much like other political prisoners, I decided to take action and flee the country to seek a life free of tyranny.
I managed to escape Britain and made my way to Poland, where I have claimed asylum due to political persecution. I love Poland, have found a Polish partner, and wish to settle here permanently once my asylum claim is processed and approved. But as of now due to the way the Polish asylum system works, I don't have legal right to work until my claim is processed further. Despite how cheap cost of living is here, living off of my silver funds and the charity of my loved ones is not going to last forever.
I'm making this GiveSendGo to help meet my living costs (rent, bills, food) for the next few months while my asylum claim processes, and to recover my life's savings that have been unjustly stolen from me by an evil, oppressive regime. I've set the goal to equal that of the value of my savings that were robbed from me, more as a symbolic target, though I understand that I'm very unlikely to reach it. But any little helps me to continue living my life free of persecution.
