Hello!

My name is Quentin Belt. I’m a sophomore from Anaheim, California, and this summer I have the wonderful opportunity to dive into a unique journey to Southeast Asia. I’m part of a church known as Dwelling Place Anaheim, and they have a very strong heart for missions and sending out people all over the world. Recently I was able to participate in a similar trip to Mexico, where I got to help out in a local community. I greatly enjoyed that, and now I believe I am being called to fly across the world to Cambodia.

As many people know, there is a lot of conflict happening all over the world. One region hit particularly hard is Southeast Asia, especially the poorer nations such as Cambodia. Low incomes and poor living conditions have created an environment of hopelessness and pain, and I truly believe that there is so much to be done there. Christ has a heart for all nations, and just as I’ve seen Him move in my home and in my community, I have faith that He’ll move again in Cambodia.

For this adventure, I will be partnering with a group of awesome young people from my church, as well as the international missions organization known as Overland Missions. These guys are great, which I know from working with them in the past. They all have such strong hearts for the Lord and what He’s doing in our generation, and I can’t wait to run alongside them this summer.
