For many years, Belize has held a special place in my heart. Each year, I have the privilege of traveling there on a mission trip to serve schools, students, and communities in practical ways.

Since 2014, we have helped more than 220 schools and impacted over 60,000 students by providing much-needed resources such as computers, books, chairs, tables, toys, sporting goods, and more.

Over the years, this mission has become about more than delivering supplies. We have built real relationships with many families in Belize, and those connections have become very meaningful to our family. In fact, one family we became especially close to trusted us enough to send one of their sons to live with us in Ohio for six months so he could experience life in the United States. That is just one example of how these trips have grown into lasting friendships and deeper ministry opportunities.

In May 2026, we are preparing to go again.

One of the most exciting parts of this year’s trip is bringing 100 Mission Balls to the schools we visit. These balls have a two-fold purpose.

First, they provide quality soccer balls — or footballs, as they are called in Belize — to schools that need them. For many children, something as simple as a good ball can bring tremendous joy, encourage teamwork, and create lasting memories.

Second, each Mission Ball also shares the message of the Gospel. That means every ball is not only a gift for play, but also a tool that children can read, learn from, and share with others.

We are raising support to cover:

1. $4,000 in travel expenses
2. $1,700 for 100 Mission Balls

This gives us an immediate fundraising goal of $5,700.

Every gift helps us continue bringing practical help, encouragement, and the hope of the Gospel to schools in Belize. Thank you for praying, giving, and being part of this mission.
