On April 26, 2022 Brentley Grant Ehmann was taken from our world at 11 years old.
Brentley and his dad Ryan were in the process of restoring this 1950 Ford pickup truck for the owner that brought them this truck about a year ago. Brentley helped with sanding, flatbed design, wood routing, letter installations, and many other tasks for this truck.
After Brentley's passing, his dad asked the owner if she would be willing to sell the truck to the Ehmann family. The owner agreed to the sale of $19,000 which covers what she has into this vehicle. The owner also allowed the Ehmann family to keep this vehicle on the Ehmann ranch for Brentley's Celebration of life, which occurred on May 14th, 2022.
The Ehmann family was ready to turn the vehicle back over owner after the Celebration of Life due to the lack of funds to buy this vehicle at this time. Ryan's rodeo partner, Zach Cayton, suggested we should have enough support to pool our money to buy this truck for the Ehmanns. It was quickly agreed upon, and an announcement was made on the PA system to all in attendance. It stated to the Ehmanns they can call the owner and tell her you will not be bringing the truck back, but will bring her the full $19,000 needed to complete the sale. A jar was then passed around and $1,448 were raised that night. This leaves us with $17,552 left to raise. Any help to reach this initial goal is greatly appreciated!
