Hello and welcome to our give, send, go fundraiser. As many of you probably know by now our oldest daughter Brynlee has been admitted to an inpatient hospital down in Texas to help her develop coping skills associated with her autism in a healthier way versus what we have had to deal with.

A little backstory - Brynlee is the sweetest little 9 year almost 10 year old that you will ever meet. She’s smart, funny, outgoing, and has the biggest heart out of everyone I know. She literally knows no stranger. But Autism - Brynlee struggles some days with her autism and how to correctly mitigate any negative thoughts or behaviors she might have, as well as having impulse control issues. This might look like saying she’s mad or angry all the way to throwing objects at people who are just in her area. Lately it has started escalating to the point where she has been randomly hitting her classmates at school and has even cut a kiddo with some safety scissors. This leads us to the need for this give, send, go.

We are a family of 6 (Me, Emily, Brynlee, Saige, Maddox, and Geee). I am the only person who is able to work currently due to health conditions and to put it bluntly we barely live pay check to pay check. We would love to be able to spend as much time with Brynlee as possible but as you can guess that has the possibility to become quite expensive between gas to Dallas, hotel stays, food, etc. So while we love being the people who give and give there are times where it’s ok to ask for help and I feel as though this is one of those times.

If you can donate monetarily we would love that as it would help us to be able to see our kiddo as much as possible and take off some of the financial strain, But if you can’t we would love to have all your positive thoughts and prayers that you can send our way.

I have set the limit at $5000 and here’s the deal, what we don’t end up using for the above mentioned things will be donated back to a non-profit of our choice and proof will be posted to the Brave Like Brynlee Facebook page. We don’t like asking for help but we find ourself in the position were it would be beneficial for us to. So please if you can donate anything it would help us out tremendously and if you can’t just pray for our family and our sweet Benny Dene.
