And now, with another wave crashing down, my mom faces yet another hurdle: no working bathroom due to the piping busting, pushing waste in the basement, the entire bathroom is torn out and due to a 140 year home, the task is not easy to fix with the faulty electrical throughout the whole house. 😥🔧 Our home has been our fortress during this tumultuous time—but it too is crumbling under financial strain and physical challenges.
