update: I have many medical issues such as liver disease (non alcoholic)

I have kidney disease and I’m constantly in and out of the hospital for hospital stays and outpatient. I’m currently under going out patient IV treatments and getting to and from appointments is very difficult as I can’t always depend on medical transportation to get me to and from.
