​I am a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operator based in the Tampa area. I have a hardworking 4-man crew ready to take on subcontracting jobs, but right now, we have hit a wall. We are in a very difficult spot and are lacking the necessary resources and equipment to keep things going and take on the work we need.
