I am in dire straights due to legal fees incurred. I have such a special and loving relationship with my children. Pierce, Sadie, and Caroline, my biological children, are growing up to be great individuals. I cherish every moment I have with them and my ex wife and ex girlfriend are doing everything in their power to destroy these relationships and I am completely tapped out emotionally and financially. 

I also have two amazing step children now and we have, in a relatively short time period, grown a special bond.

Pierce loves to be around me every time he is with me. We go biking, fishing, boating, tubing and swimming together constantly. He also just loves to help out when I ask him to help with any projects I am working on around the house. He is an excellent singer and I love watching his performances at LAAPA, but the cost of that is high and I can no longer afford it. I am obligated to continue to pay for it anyway, even though paying for groceries is now difficult.

Sadie can sense pain and stress and is always there to give me a hug or tell me she loves me. Even when I feel like I'm hiding the stress of everything. She loves swimming, fishing, tubing and biking with everyone. She likes to relax and watch tv or snuggle up close to me on the couch for movie night. She enjoys playing soccer with her friend Rowan and emulating her Emme (My mom). She is an excellent leader and knows how to pull the kids all together.

Caroline is the sweetest and most caring daughter a man could ask for. She is selfless and kind, always willing to put others before herself. She enjoys playing with dolls and barbies, going on bike rides, and fishing. She loves to laugh and play outside with all of her siblings. She also like to try and claim my side on the couch for movie nights and give the best snuggles.

Kayla, my oldest step-daughter, is such a talented artist and a great friend to her peers. She is honest, forthright, and genuine. She is also an excellent athlete and loves to play ALL of the sports. She is very kind and seeks me out for hugs when coming and going.

Hannah, my youngest step-daughter, is our little commander. She is very strong-willed, attentive, and absolutely loves to draw (She wants to be an artist). She floods our home with the sweetest arts and crafts constantly. Pictures of the two of us with hearts and smiles fill my office walls, my floors, and just about everywhere! She loves going to the beach, playing soccer and has recently picked up roller skating. 

I am not a great person, but I am a great father and I love these kids with all of my heart. It completely destroys me to think that forces outside of my marriage are trying to ruin my life and affect these kid's lives.

I am in over $100k in debt, not including my home or car. My car is upside-down by over $40k, and my 100 year old home is in need of some improvements. 

I am only asking for help in the legal battles. My ex girlfriend has filed criminal and civil charges against me. I spent 4 days in jail and now her extremely rich family (Private jets and multiple mansions) has sued me for an excess of $50k. My ex wife has filed for sole custody and continues to hammer me with motions and contempt from her lawyers. 

I pay over $860 every two weeks to my ex wife in child support payments, and many other extras. Recently she took Pierce to get braces and is charging me for 76% of it without even asking if I can afford it...I can't continue like this. I am trying to hire someone who will fight for me and help me out of this mess.
