The Houston area, like many major metropolitan areas in the United States are witness to a Homelessness Epidemic not seen before. We see men, women and children of all ages living in encampments in and around the city. They suffer from afflictions daily. They have been affected by addictions and/ or abuse, some since the time they were children.
How do we individually help? By volunteering our time with organizations that help the homeless. Working at an organization that helps the homeless. Donating money to homelessness causes. Raising money to help homeless organizations. Donating clothes or blankets at a homeless shelter. Directly, handing a small amount of money or food to a homeless person who is asking for help.
We help in any way we can.
My goal is to eradicate Homelessness by helping to heal the Mind, Body & Soul. Let's invest in our Houstonian brothers and sisters by giving protection, love, patience, attention, time and opportunities to become the best version of themselves.
