Help Rob Webb Fight Cancer

Campaign Created by: Kaylee Webb

The funds from this campaign will be received by Robert Webb.

Goal : USD $15,000
Raised : USD $ 6,280

Rob was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer called Mantle Cell Lymphoma. He needs to go through an intense chemo treatment plan at UNC Chapel Hill. He will not be able to work during this time so we want to help raise money to help him pay his bills and live comfortably until he is able to return to work.

Rob has helped so many people in his community through the years. From coaching little league or helping people move or putting smiles on peoples faces as he DJ'd around town. It's time to give back so that he can spend the next 40 years watching his kids and grandbabies grow up.

We really appreciate any and all help you can give. Every dollar, prayer, and share counts! Unlike some donation sites, every dollar donated will go to Rob (no fees).

We will add updates about Robs fight to this page.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

With love,

Shayn (Daughter), Alex (Son), Jesse (Son-In-Law), Kaylee (Daughter-In-Law), Megan (Girlfriend), Ellie (Granddaughter, 6), Braedyn (Grandson, 2), Graham (Grandson, 1), and Willow (Granddaughter, 7 months)

Rob had his first round of chemo in Chapel Hill this week! This week of chemo involved two separate days of treatments. The first day, he felt great after his chemo. (Update for day 1 from Rob himself: Treatment number one down. I feel great. Going for a cocktail to compliment the chemo cocktail. The staff at UNC is nothing less than amazing. They make a not so pleasant experience seem like a walk in the park. GO HEELS!!!!!)

The second day, he was very fatigued and had a headache. (Update for day 2 from Rob himself: Ok. Update. Treatment 2-down. Longer and a bit stronger than yesterday. No additional cocktail desired today. Lol. On the way here I crossed the James Taylor bridge on the way to chemo. Awesome sign. Listen to JT in my headphones through the entire treatment. Music is the most awesome therapy I know. I do not feel horrible not as good as yesterday but not great. I can’t tell you how overwhelmed I am by the number of people that have reached out. From the bottom of my heart thank you to each and every one of you. Checking out of day two of the cancer ass kicking journey. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for listening)

We will call that a win for his first week of an intense chemotherapy plan! We are so thankful for all of the donations that have been sent to Rob. Donations are now going directly to his bank account to ease his financial burden through this cancer journey. Keep him and his family in your prayers! Time to kick cancers butt Rob!
