Our hearts are shattered as we share the news of the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Raghav Soni. On the night of April 11th, Raghav’s life was cut short following a tragic incident at Heart Lake Conservation Area in Brampton.

Raghav was a beacon of light—a cherished son, a cousin, a confidant, and a friend whose laughter was the heartbeat of our family gatherings. He moved to Canada with big dreams and an unwavering love for his roots, always bridging the distance between his life here and his family back home in India with his kind and hardworking spirit.

The Challenge Ahead

Raghav’s parents and family are currently miles away in India, grappling with a grief that no parent should ever have to endure. Culturally and emotionally, it is of the utmost importance that Raghav is returned to his homeland for his final funeral rites.

The logistical and financial burden of repatriating a loved one across the world is immense. Between the costs of specialized repatriation services, airfare, and the necessary arrangements to ensure Raghav is treated with the dignity he deserves, we are facing a daunting task.
