Please support the Merimees as they continue to battle cancer. Many of you already know, Richard loves the Lord with all his heart, and he is a survivor. I know that they covet your prayers the most. Please share this campaign even if you cannot donate, so prayer warriors can continue to lift them up.
The road to healing is long, and multiple follow up trips to the hospital in LA will be needed. Gas costs and a specialized diet are a big cost in the journey. If you can even donate your daily cuppa, no amount is too small.
Update from Richard:
Hello folks. This is Richard bringing you up to speed in recent events. Last year I was diagnosed with a parotid gland tumor on my left cheek. I had surgery March 23, 2021 followed my 33 radiation treatments. The radiation was the worst part of it all, leading to lots of damage to my face and lowering of my immune system. It seemed to work as I had a clear PET scan in October. But then in January I started having more odd symptoms. At the end of April a biopsy and subsequent pet scan showed it to be back. My amazing surgeon Dr Ryan Osborne removed a big patch of skin from my face and neck where the cancer had returned. That's the good news. Bad news it was quite extensive and had almost reached my carotid artery. That would have been and very bad day for my life insurance company and the surgeon said it was less than a week away from being fatal. The cancer cells are still in
my body so we need your prayers for total healing of my body from this cells. It's still type of cancer (CxPA) my Dr called fast, aggressive, and lethal. But I believe God can easily crush this! Your prayers are very important.
