The evening of March 12, 2026, Makayla Drumm - the daughter of Kenny Drumm (an usher at the Vigil and 1pm Masses at Incarnation Catholic Church) - was called to see Jesus. She had been suffering from seizures off and on for the past year or so. That evening, Kenny found her blue and unresponsive. She had a dream a few days ago that she felt explained why she had been having seizures: Jesus was going to call her home soon.

Her father had sole custody of Makayla, his only daughter. When she died, he'd already been struggling financially (with various car troubles and such). Compounding this, now there will be funeral expenses as well as potentially bereavement time away from work.

This fundraiser is to help defray some of those costs, so there is one less thing for Kenny to be concerned about at this time.
