Sadly and unexpectedly, Kenn van Weerd, our dear friend, husband and brother, taken too soon at 57 on Saturday, March 11, after a brief but severe illness.  Kenn was a kind and gentle soul with a wonderful wit.  He was a husband, brother, friend, rock band member who greatly enjoyed the simple things in life.  He will be deeply missed by many.  His death left his wife, Deborah, with mounting hospital and funeral expenses, as he had no insurance.  In Kenn’s sweet memory, John Connally and Fred, his brother, have initiated this fund account to raise the money needed to help Kenn’s wife and family meet those needs.  All the money collected, less 1% to GiveSendGo, will be distributed to Deborah, through his brother.  Please consider what you are able to donate on behalf of your memory of Kenn.
