Philippians 4:6-9 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
I feel like Job. After 10 years in my career, without cause, I was sabotaged and blacklisted I believe for my faith; there was literally no reason. Moving forward I paid bills off savings and odd jobs for three years. From 2019-present I've utilized many temp agencies, improved my resume, filled out well over 10,000 applications, position specific cover letters and followed up on them. Towards the end of this I resorted to jobs paying below living wages and moved into my Grandmother's (my best friend) home helping her with bills, physical chores and property upkeep. I started working for a warehouse, approx. 11 months in, from their negligence, I was permanently injured while on the job; Dr work restrictions were always rejected and eventually I was let go. A few months later, my Grandmother very suddenly went to Heaven. Facing homelessness, I moved into the only home I have available. In moving I no longer have a home church. I had to sell my vehicle having unaffordable repairs. I gained employment at a gas station Nov 2024. I'm now placed on unpaid medical leave since July 31st 2025. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. From a still undiagnosed autonomic issue, I'm unable to stand or walk hours at a time. My tax credit gov ins went up so high I had to cancel, I'm 'not qualifying' for Medicaid, SSI or SSID so far. I barely made $1,000 a month when I was working full time months ago. On unpaid medical leave this long I've been unable to afford storage fees, food, and much less surgery, a vehicle or further medical expenses. I had to give everything in my storage unit away or throw it away not having room where I temporarily live. I was attempting saving for an RV or camper to move out of here without homelessness prior to the autonomic and brain tumor issues. I've never experienced trials or pain this excessively in my entire life. The depth of pain from abandonment, lies and gossip from so much of my family has been absolutely crushing; and completely unwarranted.
I've never asked for money, I've always been very disciplined with finances, a reliable, effective employee and have enjoyed helping others tangibly giving away my clothing, food, money and vehicles. Giving rides, advice and free labor. It's what the real Church should naturally do without being asked. I'm uncomfortable asking for help but I have no options or tangible support. I'm extremely grateful for anything and everything God's given me. I'm grateful for the purpose God has through these trials but this's been far too much. It's horrific to think people try to do this without Christ.
I want to ask for prayer for me to remain focused on the faithfulness of God and His will for my life and decisions, strength, discernment and wisdom. To forgive any new abuse, negativity, lie or gossip as it happens and for anything like this to stay away from my focus. The repentance and reconciliation of my family; salvation for those unsaved. Healing, physical healing, blessed finances, a vehicle and a safe place to live. I just want to survive and have a safe place for me and my sweet dog to live. I also excessively miss being able to tangibly help others.
I pray God moves the remaining minute remnant of the Church and any others to help me through this. I know there's a very small number of actual Christians left in America but I'm reaching out for any prayers and help. God bless you all, I genuinely appreciate any prayers and help. Please keep praying for me. Love and live boldly through Christ.
