My name is Jeric, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for your support for my father.

My father was recently diagnosed with stage IV Rectal Cancer. The cancer has already spread to his lungs, with multiple small nodules seen on his CT scan. While his primary tumor was successfully removed, he now needs continuous treatment to fight the remaining disease.

Despite everything, my father remains strong. At 67 years old, he continues to show incredible courage and resilience every day. Seeing him fight gives us hope—but we know this journey will not be easy.

His doctors have recommended ongoing chemotherapy along with targeted therapy such as Bevacizumab. These treatments are essential to:

• Shrink the cancer in his lungs
• Control the disease
• Give him a chance at long-term remission

We are doing everything we can, but the financial burden is overwhelming. While there are some forms of medical assistance in the Philippines, access to support for cancer treatment—especially advanced medications like targeted therapy—is very limited and often not enough to cover the actual costs. Much of the treatment still needs to be paid out-of-pocket, and the expenses quickly become too heavy for our family to sustain alone.

We are raising funds to help cover:

• Chemotherapy sessions
• Targeted therapy medications
• Follow-up scans and laboratory tests
• Hospital visits and supportive care
