I am writing this letter to ask for your assistance in helping a young girl receive medical treatment for her vision. Jacques and Missadelle Louis live Haiti and lead a church in St. Marc. In 2014, the family traveled to world renowned St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee in order to receive treatment for their oldest daughter Noah, who had been diagnosed with leukemia. Despite the doctors doing everything they could for Noah, God decided to call her home.
The Louis’ eight-year old daughter, Victoria, now needs treatment for her eyesight. After visiting several eye doctors over the years, and undergoing various procedures, her eyesight has not improved. Doctors in Haiti have informed the Louis family that they can do no more to help Victoria. Their recommendation is for the family to seek treatment abroad.
The costs related to Victoria’s treatment are as follows:
Hospital stay, procedure, medication
Travel expenses
Food and lodging for parents
Incidentals
COVID testing
Translation services
Any amount you are willing to give will be greatly appreciated. The Louis family is prepared to travel as soon as the funds are raised. Thank you for your consideration in helping Victoria.
Galatians 6:10 -Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
