Hi friends and family!
Each year, the senior class of Salisbury Christian School has the opportunity to do mission work internationally.
This year, our class is going to Transylvania, Romania, from May 17th-28th.
Our main goal is to love on the many children we will meet in the Gypsy orphanage in the town of Csikszereda.
We will be involved with sports ministry, construction, music and other educational opportunities.
I'm ecstatic to connect with the children from the orphanage and bring them close to God and my hope is that we will stay connected/in touch, for life.
Being with us for those ten days will definitely change both of our lives and will help us all grow our faith in God and humanity.
While on this mission trip, I plan to learn from everyone I encounter and take more with me, then I came with. My goal is to share the word of God with the people I meet in Transylvania and strengthen my own faith. I can't wait to be in those special moments with the kids, detach myself from my world and give them all the love and attention that I can.
I realize that it may not be possible for you to help me financially, simply supporting our trip through your prayers will make a huge difference.
Thank you in advanced for your prayers and for any donation you are able to give.
Thnaks again,
Amanda Bounds
