2019 has been the 2nd toughest year of my adult life. A personal eviction, a divorce after 30+ years of marriage, simultaneous incarceration of a drug-addicted adult child, temporarily homeless and three hospital stays due to stress-induced conditions. By God’s grace I made it through. For that I am thankful!
I never dreamed that at 54 I would be where I am. Starting over from zero. Literally. But there is no promise or guarantee that life will always be neat and pristine. I am still vertical, breathing and blessed. Was I knocked down? Yes! Was I knocked out? No way! After all, It is not what happens to you in life that makes the difference, but how you respond to what happens to you that makes the difference.
Just when I am ready to give up and merely exist, I think about 3 children and 3 grandchildren. How will it impact them? What would it teach them about handling life? I can’t – and won’t – give up. It is just not in me to quit! I also know that I can’t do it all on my own. I need a helping hand…your helping hand.
A new start, a new opportunity has opened to me in the Asset Recovery industry. It is a "fits like a glove" situation that utilizes my personality, strengths, experience and skill set well. There will be a lot of hard work - 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days/week of researching claims, making contacts, negotiating and filing claims, This opportunity will, over time, accomplish my four most important goals: (1) Provide vital help to people who need it, (2) Produce sufficient income for my needs, (3) Lay a solid foundation for my children’s and grandchildren’s future, and (4) Enable me to expand a personal spiritual ministry I have in teaching and writing.
To get started, I need capital. Not a handout, but a hand up. In the overall picture of life, the amount is not that large, but I also respect that it is not mere pocket change either. I need $3000 as a startup fund. I will gladly document its use for: (1) software and training, (2) 3 pieces of business equipment, (3) online monthly services relevant to asset recovery and (4) an operating fund for the initial 120-day cycle this business entails.
I NEED YOUR HELP! Can you help me? Will you help me? If so, my gratitude will be reflected in my strong work ethic and sheer determination to succeed, to help as many people as I can. It is an opportunity that will NOT be wasted.
