On May 14th 2025 my best friend, Hope, her husband Marshal and their 3 kids (10 y/o, 8 y/o and 6 y/o) went out to celebrate his birthday at Dairy Queen. They also went out afterwards to run a few errands afterwards and then headed home. That's when their whole world turned upside down. Cops and firetrucks were blocking the road to their home. They assumed it was a bad wreck that happened near their home. Then, as they got closer, Hope noticed the smoke abs realized their home was on fire.

Sadly they lost 3 furbabies and almost of the their possessions. Initially they had lost 4 furbabies but they were able to save one of them. She's doing pretty good. All things considered. The 8 year old lost all of his belongings as the fire started in his room.
