When my best friend, Bridget, didn't show up for work on Monday, March 10th, we were worried. After doing a welfare check, we found out she had been in a terrible car accident the day before and was in the hospital. Despite her car being totaled and catching fire, by the grace of God, she made it out alive without any life threatening injuries. Bridget has no memory of the events leading up to the crash or the crash itself. She is continuing to work with her medical team to recover.

Bridget had insurance on her car, so thankfully that will help with getting another car when she is ready to drive again. However, as a single person living in this economy, this situation poses steep financial challenges. Funds raised from this campaign will go towards her medical deductible, transportation costs for appointments and lost wages that short term disability doesn't cover.

Please also keep Bridget in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers from this traumatic experience. Bridget would help anyone in whatever way she could and I would love to be able show her the same love and support she shows others.
