Our family has been invited to participate in an oppourtiy to help develop the Siapan Community Church in the United States Teritory of Siapan. The church was started by Reverend Ed Stevens shortly after the end of World War II. Since then the ministry has grown over the years and now consists of a church campus and the Saipan Community School, a K-8 christian school, in the Susupe area of Saipan. The church and school are extremely multi-cultural in nature with people from the US, Japan, China, Korea, Palau, Chuuk, the Philippines and many other locations represented.
During this trip we will be building an outdoor playground to replace one damaged from 2015's Typhoon Soudelor, along with reparing structural damages to the church and school. This trip will also serve as an introduction to a global world view and diffierent culutres and lifestyles to our daughters.
We would like to ask for you consideration in partnering with us, as we partner with the mission in Siapan. Any donation would be greatly appreciated as you help us make a difference there, and make a difference in the life of our daughters.
