At age 13, Oliver Allen passed away on July 16th due to a boating accident north of Madison. He was transported to UW Madison via the flight for life helicopter. At the hospital the doctors did all they could to save his life but the trauma was too great.

Oliver was a wonderful son and brother. He was also a kind and loving friend to all. He had an infectious smile and an energetic, confident way about him. This past year Oliver enjoyed playing football, acting in theater, and doing any activity that included his buddies. He and his sister had just spent a week at camp together. Many examples have been shared with the family of the ways Oliver was growing in his faith, providing great encouragement. He truly loved the Lord.

The Allen’s asked if you could share a memory that you have of Oliver, it does not need to be elaborate. They will be able to use these memories as part of their healing process.
