[Obituary]
Bradford J. Riddle, 63, a resident of the Salem community, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at his residence.
BRADFORD JOHN RIDDLE was born April 15, 1959, in Portland, Oregon,
the son of the late John Lawrence Riddle and JoAnne (Closner) Riddle. He
was raised and received his education in Portland, having been a
graduate of Grant High School Class of 1977. Following his high school
graduation, Brad attended Western Baptist College in Salem, having
received a bachelor’s degree in business management.
He was united in marriage to Janice P. Hale on November 19, 1983, in
the Kern Park Christian Church in Portland, Oregon. They celebrated
their 38th Wedding Anniversary this past November. Following their
marriage they moved to the Salem community, where they have resided
since.
Brad worked as a computer analyst for Oregon Department of Veterans
Affairs for sixteen years, until he left to start a business before
retiring.
He was an active member of Mid-Valley Fellowship in Silverton since
2018 where he was considered a counselor and loving father to many. A
Celebration of Life for Bradford will be included in the Saturday
service on July 9 at 12:00 noon, Silverton Foursquare Church, 606 North
2nd Street, Silverton, Oregon, 97381.
Among his special interests, Brad enjoyed cooking, camping with his family, and projects around the house.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and JoAnne Riddle.
Survivors include his wife, Jannie Riddle, of the family home in
Salem, Oregon; his three sons and a daughter-in-law, Thomas “Tom”
Riddle, of Salem, Oregon; Robert “Robbie” and Emanuela Riddle, of Salem,
Oregon and Matthew “Matt” Riddle, of Salem, Oregon as well as his two
brothers, Doug Riddle, of Portland, Oregon and Jeff Riddle, of Eugene,
Oregon.
Also surviving are several cousins.
