Hi ya'll. I'm a conservative and don't usually like asking for help. I have a goal of buying my 1st home and have started to save for a down-payment. As you all of see, the housing market is ridiculous and usually have to put in over asking price to compete for a house. Inflation is at a record high and rent is skyrocketing along with crime. I am a farm gal stuck in a liberal city and just trying to get out of the county around more Christian conservative people. If you all could help in anyway, I would appreciate it so much.
