Hello, my name is Collin Cotterell. I am hoping to start a small faith-based video production company in the Denver metro area. Six years ago, I quit my day job to help start a video production company with a friend from college. We moved to San Diego and were successful. We had new car commercials on Fox 5 every month. We also made some music videos, a short film, and product videos. When we fell apart, I lost everything.
As I witness the evil things manifesting out of Hollywood and I have become more energized to please God. I have been speaking to him daily about what I should do to please him and he has been showing me the answers (John 8:47). I see a market here in Denver that I can build on. I want to make clean commercials again. I have been writing screenplays and loading them with Christian undertones. After I have built up the production company some more, I want to make a faith-based documentary. I have some good proposals that would have a positive impact on the community around me.
If I receive the proper funding to launch the production company, I will establish an LLC, and begin building my production style with the budget you have graciously provided. I hope to produce my first production by this Fall and will gladly share it with my donors for free.

UPDATE: I secured the name of the production company and it is called Clear Creek Films LLC. I have secured the domain name clearcreekfilms.com and a work email. I have purchased the MacBook but it will not arrive until late July. I have also purchased the camera and a lens.
