Your donations will bring Italy to Anderson in the form of a restaurant where I'll serve up my signature fresh pastas and innovative sauces as well as other upscale, rustic European cuisine. It's a longtime dream finally taking shape, and I'm excited to provide a place where people can experience fine dining and fellowship, go on food adventures and enjoy classic Italian favorites. I also hope to sell some of my homemade pastas and sauces for you to enjoy at home.
My love of cooking started as a boy when I would help my grandmother in the kitchen. A part-time line-cook job in college (at the Esso Club) reignited that love and led me to the Culinary Institute of Charleston. While there, I had the opportunity to cook with some of the top chefs in the country and in some of the city's finest restaurants. After cooking from Clemson to Charleston to my hometown of Anderson at Jax, Sona, Summa Joe's, Sullivan's and Bombay Club, I'm ready to take this leap of faith into my own restaurant.
