For over 10 years I have been involved in a workman's compensation accident claim. Due to the laws in CT there is no obligation for the insurance company to pay more benefits and they have not made ANY payments for over a year.
They acknowledge and are responsible for medical payments forever. Without payments for benefits my situation is very, very challenging.
