Update #2 9.23.21 September 23, 2021
Here is an update from Melinda Wenger, Faith's mother:
It’s been an emotional day. The doctors do not believe her sight will return in her left eye. She is making small gains with movement and touch sensation in her legs, bowel and bladder! We are celebrating the progress and laying the bad news and set backs at Jesus’s feet. God was holding all the girls on the bus and I know He is a God of miracles. My humanness of wanting to fix everything and taking care of things needs to sit in quite and watch our mighty God work his miracles in all the girls and leaders.
Update #1 9.21.21 September 21, 2021
Faith was moved out of ICU onto a room on the sixth floor last evening at Hershey Medical Center. She is able to sit upright with the bed doing the work.
She will have surgury the end of this week on her face, and still has limited movement and sensation in her legs.
Please continue to pray for Faith and healing of her body.
