As you may know, Mike MacKillop passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 47 years old.
Mikey is survived by his wife, Shannon, and daughter Jordan Mackillop who is 13 years old.
Mikey and Jordan shared a special bond. Mike's family and friends will sincerely miss him and we would like to ensure his wife and especially daughter are able to be relieved of some financial burdens and worry.
Shannon and Mikey had been married for more than 10 years and together for more than two decades. Mikey & Shannon shared a home in Whitefield, NH with a barn full of pullin' horses and ponies. Jordan also enjoyed pullin with her father and taking horse riding and dance lessons.
Shannon desires to keep her daughter active in the activities she enjoys and have the ability to put money in the bank for Jordan's future or for paying the mortgage.
After years of battling this disease, it not only takes a toll on the soul but also on the finances. Shannon & Jordan, though strong, have endured a lot and it is the desire of her friends/family to make at least one thing a little easier for them. By starting this fundraiser our hope is to give them some financial stability during this time and beyond.
Should you decide to donate, know that the funds are for Jordan in honor of her father and to ensure she stays in her home.
