I’m a Tri-Valley girl thrown into politics by the storm of bad policies in D.C. and California. I’m running as an independent to displace the corruption exacerbated by Eric Swalwell.
My name is Destinee Roy, and I was born and raised in the Bay Area since 1995. For the first half of my childhood I was raised in San Leandro then my mom moved me to Castro Valley towards the end of elementary school. Since then I have lived in Hayward, Livermore, San Ramon, and now Dublin. The Bay Area is my home and I’ve slowly watched it deteriorate over the past 10 years of my life.
