Kenya has our Heart! My husband and I went to Nakuru, Kenya for the first time on a Mission's Trip last year (2018) and We fell in love with the people (especially the children). We truly left a piece of our heart there and we cannot wait to go Back again this Year! We need your help to do it! Thank you for Any amount you can give to help us reach our goal. We will be staying longer this year because there is so much more we wanted to do there. Here are some of things we will be doing this year:
-Ministering to, feeding, doing crafts, playing games with (and just loving on) the kids at the Primary School on Soysambu Conservancy (over 100 kids attend now). This is in "the bush."  These children walk for miles across the bush to come to this old condemned horse barn that now holds their primary school. These are some of the children you see in the main photo on this page. The numbers have grown exponentially in the last year. They are precious, wonderful little souls who love to play and Sing about Jesus!!
-Bible Study in the Market Place in downtown Nakuru. This people gather together weekly and have bible study, sing songs, and fellowship together before they start their long day working in the very busy and crowded market.
-Ministering to Women at a small sewing school. These ladies have no other means of supporting their families, so they are learning a trade. They are precious women and we loved spending time with them.
-Youth camp - this is the first year we will be having a youth camp with the teenage boys and girls of the "bush" area on Soysambu. Many of these teens just received Christ and were recently baptised. We will be teaching them about Purity. What an amazing opportunity!!
-Visiting with the patients at a small Cancer Center. We pray with them and encourange them. It is a very difficult visit and emotionally challenging but SO rewarding.
-Helping at a Children's Home (orphange) with children affected by HIV/AIDS. :Last year we got to love on, feed, play with and pray over 23 infants and several older children at this Children's Home. It was one of my Favorite days and I really look forward to going back again this year.

There are so many MANY more things we ge to do while we are there! I can't possible list them all, but hopefully you get the idea of what we do there.
And because this year we are going right after Christmas, we are planning on doing something really great for Christmas for the Ladies at the sewing school and hopefully for the over 100 children at the primary school in the bush.

THANK you for your Donation! Please know that the children of Nakuru Kenya will feel your love and support!
