My father has suffered 3 strokes (2 of which were in 2025) and his health has deteriorated to the point where he's no longer able to work and will probably have to retire even though he's only 47. As a result of that a debt (that has been accumulating over the years) that we have been somewhat able to pay month by month is now impossible to do so. Our (my mom's & my) salaries aren't that big, about $550 and we all have credits to pay (they took theirs years ago, I took mine recently to help them when things started going south).
