please continue to pray, share and give to bless this family during this tough time!
On Sunday, April 23rd,
My sister Audrey was in the process of moving. She slipped, missed her footing and fell off the tailgate. Hit her head. Her spinal cord is broken. They are sending her to shock trauma in Baltimore. I am going there tonight. They said it's not good and they don't think she will survive. Please pray. They are stabilizing her for the flight now. She was breathing on her own. She opened her eyes when we spoke to her..she has tubes so she couldn't speak but she mouthed the words to us.
We are at shock trauma now. Here is an update from Brent on Audrey Kuckinskas Flamos... She is still conscious enough to understand just like she was in Salisbury. They say there is a 98% chance of survival!!! They are going to sedate her and put her in traction. They will use weights to try to re-align her spine. Once that happens they will do an MRI to get a better look. If all is good from there, In the morning they will do a surgery to put a block in between those vertebrae. That is all we know for now. I will post more when I know more . Please continue to pray. We all appreciate it.
Praise God!! Mom is awake and mouthing words. She is smiling at times and it's beautiful! She is also able to shrug her shoulder and has some muscle contraction in her biceps. She is still breathing on her own with presser support of CPAP. Keep flooding Heaven with prayers for a miracle! Thank you so much for all the prayers. She is still not stable and has lots of things going on but we are praising God for these HUGE steps and pray they continue.
